Job Description
This position is a general maintenance position for upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks for the upkeep of the buildings and the grounds.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machinery.
  • Perform oil changes and fluid level checks on all forklifts and machinery.
  • Use carpentry, plumbing and electrical for minor repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors.
  • Perform basic welding tasks, ie. mig and stick welding.
  • Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times.
  • Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Serve as liaison with vendors for facility repairs.
  • Purchase equipment/supplies for facility related repairs.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two or more years of maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • General knowledge in maintenance, specifically in carpentry, plumbing, welding and electrical skills.
  • General knowledge of working with smalls pumps and motors.
  • Ability to read and understand manuals to assist in repairs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend hours.
